Contracts

The Contracts section in DigifyCRM helps you manage your agreements with clients. Contracts can be created, sent, and tracked to ensure all terms and conditions are clear. You can also set reminders for contract renewals and expirations.

15.1 Contracts Templates

Contracts in DigifyCRM can be created from pre-defined templates, saving time and ensuring consistency across agreements.

Steps to Create a Contract Template:

  1. Navigate to Contracts > Templates > New Template.
  2. Enter the contract title and content, including placeholders for dynamic content like {customer_name}, {contract_date}, etc.
  3. Save the template, and it will be available for future contract creation.

15.2 New Contract

You can create a new contract for a customer, outlining the terms and conditions of your services or agreement.

Steps to Create a New Contract:

  1. Navigate to Contracts > New Contract.
  2. Select a customer from the dropdown menu.
  3. Choose a contract template or draft a new one manually.
  4. Enter the start date, end date, and any notes or special terms.
  5. Save the contract, and it will be available for review or sending to the customer.

15.3 Contract Expiry Notification

DigifyCRM allows you to set up automatic reminders for expiring contracts, ensuring that you don’t miss a renewal opportunity.

Steps to Set Up Contract Expiry Notifications:

  1. Go to Settings > Contracts > Expiry Notifications.
  2. Set the time frame (e.g., 30 days before expiration) for when you want to receive notifications.
  3. Select whether you want the notification sent to you, the customer, or both.
  4. Save the settings, and you’ll be notified when a contract is nearing its expiration.

15.4 Renewing Contract

You can easily renew contracts without having to create new ones from scratch, saving time and maintaining client relationships.

Steps to Renew a Contract:

  1. Navigate to Contracts > Select Contract.
  2. Click the Renew Contract button.
  3. Update the contract dates and any relevant terms.

Save the renewal, and a new version of the contract will be generated with updated dates.
