DigifyCRM provides several customization options to tailor the system to your specific business requirements. This section covers how to customize PDFs, views, language translations, and add custom styles.

18.1 PDF Customization

You can customize the layout, branding, and design of the PDFs generated by DigifyCRM, such as invoices, estimates, or proposals.

Steps to Customize PDFs:

  1. Go to Settings > PDF > PDF Customization.

  2. Upload your company logo and adjust margins, fonts, and colors.

  3. Preview the changes using the Preview PDF option.

  4. Save the settings, and all future PDFs will reflect the new design.

18.2 Add Full-Size Login Background Image

You can add a custom background image to the login page to align with your brand’s identity.

Steps to Add a Full-Size Background Image:

  1. Go to Settings > Customization > Login Page.

  2. Upload a full-size image to be used as the background.

  3. Save the settings, and your login page will now have the custom background.

18.3 Customers Templates

You can customize customer-facing templates such as proposals, invoices, and estimates to better reflect your brand’s tone and style.

Steps to Customize Customer Templates:

  1. Go to Settings > Templates > Customer Templates.

  2. Select the template you want to edit (e.g., Invoice, Estimate).

  3. Modify the layout, text, and branding as needed.

  4. Save the template, and it will be used for all future customer interactions.

 

18.4 Overwrite Translation Text

If you need to change or customize certain text strings across the CRM, you can easily overwrite translation texts.

Steps to Overwrite Translation Text:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Localization > Translations.

  2. Search for the text string you want to modify.

  3. Enter the new translation or custom text you prefer.

  4. Save the changes, and the custom text will be applied across the CRM interface.

18.5 Applying Custom CSS Styles

You can apply custom CSS styles to change the look and feel of DigifyCRM to better match your company’s branding or desired aesthetics.

Steps to Apply Custom CSS:

  1. Go to Settings > Customization > Custom CSS.

  2. Add your custom CSS code (e.g., changing colors, fonts, or layout elements).

Save the changes, and the new styles will be applied globally across the CRM.
