How to Set Up the Facebook Leads Synchronization Module

1. Module Installation:

·         Download the module from CodeCanyon or the provided source.

·         Go to Setup > Modules in DigifyCRM.

·         Upload the module and activate it from the Modules list.

2. Setting Up Facebook App:

·         You will need to create a Facebook App through your Facebook Developers account. This allows the module to access Facebook Pages and sync lead data.

Steps:

1.      Log in to Facebook Developers at developers.facebook.com.

2.      Create a New App: Go to My Apps > Create App. Choose Business as the app type.

3.      App Details: Provide necessary details like App Name, Email, etc., and create the app.

4.      Add Products: You need to add two Facebook products:

o    Facebook Login: Used for oAuth authentication.

o    Webhooks: Used to capture lead data in real-time.

5.      App Permissions: Request the necessary permissions from Facebook. These include:

o    ads_management

o    pages_manage_ads

o    pages_manage_metadata

o    pages_read_engagement

o    leads_retrieval

6.      Submit for Review: Once your app is configured, submit it for Facebook review to ensure compliance with their policies.

3. Connect DigifyCRM to Facebook:

·         After your app is approved, connect your DigifyCRM installation to Facebook:

1.      Navigate to Setup > Facebook Leads Integration.

2.      Click Connect to Facebook.

3.      You will be redirected to the Facebook oAuth login page, where you can sign in and give necessary permissions.

4. Synchronize Leads:

·         Once connected, select the Facebook Pages and Forms you want to sync.

·         The module will automatically sync leads from the selected forms in real-time to your DigifyCRM’s Leads section.

5. Custom Field Mapping:

·         You can map Facebook form fields to the corresponding fields in DigifyCRM:

1.      Go to Setup > Facebook Leads Custom Fields Mapping.

2.      Map standard fields like Name, Email, Phone, etc., or any custom fields that you’ve created in DigifyCRM.

This ensures that all lead data from Facebook is stored accurately in DigifyCRM.


Managing Leads from Multiple Pages:

·         The module allows you to sync leads from multiple Facebook Pages that you manage. To do this:

1.      Go to Setup > Facebook Pages.

2.      Select the pages from which you want to sync leads.

3.      Choose the forms associated with those pages to track leads.
