The Inventory Management Module for DigifyCRM is a comprehensive tool designed to help businesses manage and track goods across their supply chain. This module ensures efficient handling of products from order placement to delivery, optimizing stock levels and providing detailed reports to assist in decision-making.
Key Features:

1. Product/Service Management
The module allows you to manage products and services, keeping detailed information about each item.
Steps to Manage Products/Services:
- Navigate to Products/Services:
- Go to Inventory Management > Products/Services.
- Click Add New Product/Service or select an existing one to edit.
- Add attributes such as:
- SKU: Stock Keeping Unit (unique identifier for each product).
- Purchase Price: The price at which the product is purchased.
- Sale Price: The price at which the product is sold.
- Variants: Product variants like size, color, and model.
- Barcode: Assign a barcode for scanning.
- Stock Level: Current stock quantity in each warehouse.
- Once the details are entered, click Save to add the product/service to your inventory.
2. Warehouse Management
This feature allows you to manage inventory across multiple warehouses, ensuring optimal stock distribution.
Steps to Manage Warehouses:
- Go to Warehouse Management:
- Navigate to Inventory Management > Warehouses.
- Click Add Warehouse and fill in details like:
- Warehouse Name.
- Warehouse Address.
- Custom Fields: Add any additional information needed.
- Check stock levels in different warehouses by going to the Inventory section and filtering by the warehouse.
- When creating a product, select which warehouse it will be stored in and the quantity available in each location.
3. Inventory Transactions Management
This feature helps you manage inventory movements such as receiving stock, delivering products, and transferring items between warehouses.
Types of Inventory Vouchers:
- Inventory Receiving Voucher:
- Use this when goods are received from suppliers.
- Go to Inventory Management > Receiving Voucher > Create New Voucher.
- Select products, quantities, and warehouses.
- Use this for deliveries to customers.
- Navigate to Delivery Voucher > Create New Delivery Note.
- You can autofill details from sales invoices to streamline the process.
- Track inventory transferred between warehouses.
- Go to Internal Delivery Note and create a new transfer.
- Manage stock loss or adjustments due to damages or discrepancies.
- Go to Loss & Adjustment > Create New to document these changes.
4. Bulk Import/Export
You can bulk import products, stock, and transactions to streamline inventory management, especially when handling large datasets.
Steps to Bulk Import Products:
- Go to Bulk Import:
- Navigate to Inventory Management > Bulk Import.
- Choose Products, Opening Stock, or other options from the dropdown.
- Download the CSV template provided by the system to ensure data is formatted correctly.
- Fill out the template with your product or stock data and upload it back into the system.
- Validate the data and then import it to update your inventory.
5. Barcode Management
Use barcodes to streamline inventory operations, including receiving, delivery, and stock adjustments.
Steps to Use Barcode Scanning:
- Generate Barcodes:
- Go to Inventory Management > Products/Services and assign a barcode to each product.
- Navigate to Inventory Management > Barcode Labels > Print Labels.
- Use barcode scanners during inventory transactions (e.g., receiving, delivering) to speed up data entry and minimize errors.
6. Inventory Reports
Get insights into stock levels, product valuation, and transaction history with detailed reports.
Types of Inventory Reports:
- Stock Summary Report:
- Provides a summary of current stock levels across warehouses.
- Displays the value of inventory based on purchase and sale prices.
- Analyze stock trends, identify top-selling items, and track inventory turnover.
Accessing Reports:
- Go to Inventory Management > Reports.
- Select the desired report type.
- Use filters like date range, product category, and warehouse to refine the report.
- Export Reports:
- Export reports in PDF or Excel format for further analysis.

Key Settings:
- General Settings:
- Go to Settings > Inventory > General.
