Leads

In DigifyCRM, leads represent potential customers or clients. The Leads section helps you manage your sales pipeline, track lead progress, and convert leads into customers. This section covers everything from importing leads to sending proposals and converting them into paying customers.

13.1 Import Leads from WordPress Contact Form 7

You can automatically import leads from your WordPress website’s Contact Form 7 plugin into DigifyCRM.

Steps to Import Leads from Contact Form 7:

  1. Install the Contact Form 7 Integration module in your WordPress site.

  2. Configure the form to send leads to DigifyCRM by mapping form fields (name, email, etc.) to lead fields in DigifyCRM.

  3. Activate the integration, and leads submitted via Contact Form 7 will now automatically appear in your CRM.

Steps to Convert a Lead to a Customer:

  1. Navigate to Leads > Select Lead.

  2. Click Convert to Customer.

  3. Review the lead's details and confirm the conversion.

  4. The lead will now appear under the Customers section, and any associated proposals or tasks will be carried over.
